As many of our bags are trans-seasonal, we tend to have fewer release dates. A She Lion bag is always on trend and in season! However, we do aim to release new products every six months.

Our products are premium and released in limited numbers, but we understand if you’ve been lusting after something specific! We’re happy to notify you when it becomes available again! Simply select the product(s) that is sold out and enter your email address to be first notified about its return if repeated.

If the item is no longer on our website, there is a chance we have discontinued this product from our range. Please email our friendly customer service team on: enquiries@shelion.com.au for further details.

We are currently primarily an online boutique. However, we do have some beautiful pieces available to touch and feel at DIIDA stores in Melbourne CBD at Myer Emporium and in High Street, Armadale.

She Lion does not accept multiple methods of payment unless you’re paying with a voucher/gift card.

All our products are displayed in AUD. You can change the currency by going to the top right-hand corner of your screen and select the toggle for more options.

Orders

You can explore our full collection or browse by category in our online store. Once you have made your selection, simply press ‘add to cart’ for the product you’re after. You can review what’s in your shopping bag and proceed to checkout from the icon on the top right corner of the page. To complete your purchase, enter in your personal details and select a payment option.

How exciting! Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. She Lion will send another email not long after to provide tracking details for your package. Commence the mailbox stalking!

Yes, you can use the tracking number provided in our email to track your parcel. Please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking number to be sent to you.

Depending on your location and the product(s) you would like to purchase, there are different delivery options available.

Standard shipping usually takes 1-5 business days in Australia and requires a signature (subject to lockdowns and COVID-19 related delays).

Express shipping is also available for orders within Australia (1-2 business days) and requires a signature. Costs vary depending on the item purchased, but generally range between A$15 - A$25.

Standard shipping is FREE for all Australia orders with a value over $200 RRP.

Unfortunately, the customer is unable to cancel or modify an order once placed. Don’t worry, if you email our friendly customer service team as soon as possible on enquiries@shelion.com.au, provided the order has not been dispatched we will do all we can to help you!

In the case that your order is not processing, double check the details you’ve entered are correct or try refreshing your browser and re-submitting the order. If the problem persists, please email enquiries@shelion.com.au with your order details for assistance.

Shipping

She Lion provides free standard shipping on all orders within Australia > $200 RRP!

Express post ranges between $15-$25 depending on the region.

International shipping ranges from $50-$100 depending on your location and whether you select express or standard courier.

Yes! International shipping charges do apply.

Yes, provided She Lion has not dispatched your order. Email enquiries@shelion.com.au with your details and new delivery address.

The easiest way to ship to multiple addresses is to complete separate transactions for each address. Otherwise, you will need to email enquiries@shelion.com.au for further assistance.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel. Otherwise it will be directed to the post office for collection.

Yes, we generally require a signature on all deliveries. Otherwise your parcel will be taken to the post office and you can collect it from there. We wouldn’t want our premium bags to go missing before they get to you.

She Lion’s Premium Leather

She Lion leather products are designed and crafted from the finest materials available. To maintain the appearance of your She Lion leather product we recommend the following:

Care should be taken when using this product, as colour transfer can occur.

Do not use any non-leather recommended chemical cleaners to care for this product.

We source our leathers from all over the world; including Australia, China, Italy and Korea. She Lion leather is sourced only from countries with strict ethical production standards. We do not use any exotic skins.

Life happens, however, we would do suggest you only use recommended and good quality leather conditioner to clean your bag. Just gently wipe the dirty patch to clean and allow to dry out of direct sunlight. If that doesn't work, try taking it to a cobbler or leather specialist. 

Oops! We recommend using a good zip lubricant and spraying the zip teeth while open and then closed to ensure it’s fully lubricated. We recommend Selleys 150g Ezy Glide Dry Lubricant Aerosol.

Returns and Exchanges
